A two day International symposium on Contemporary trends in Education was organized by Kingston Educational Institute, Barasat in collaboration with the Department of Education, West Bengal State University, Barasat at the college campus of the Institute on 19th and 20th July 2016. Different emerging multidisciplinary areas in field of Education such as inclusive Education, Environmental Education, Human Rights Education, Women Education, Special Education, Legal Education, Role of Information and Communication Technology, for transmission and propagation of knowledge, Distance Education, Life Style Education etc. were covered in this symposium.
