Kingston Polytechnic College was started as a self financing polytechnic entity offering diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science & Technology and Automobile Engineering in 2004.

Globalization has brought into focus the neat for efficient resources utilization in a competitive environment. These have severely challenged the conventional manufacturing industries while opening up numerous avenues for service industries. In both cases advanced automation, telecommunication and computer services are the driving forces silently causing a revolution in all works of life. As per the necessity of demand of this modern era technical professional are highly demanded both in corporate and public sectors around the world. Preparing the generation is not only carried out by experienced teaching faculty alone, whereas their competency and commitment towards the students as well as the whole organization is the backbone of this college.
